We signed up for an annual contract. one thing we were told is that we would have priority on an emergency cal. though we have had other annual air conditioning contracts, we have never needed this. We came home and found the ceiling around the handler caved in from water. We called, received a call back, and Daniel came out on Saturday morning. Though it was determined not to be the a/c, we were completely satisfied of the attention taken to assure us it was Not the a/c. Now we have to find out where the water came from.
