At this point, I've only had one very short visit from Barrus Heating And Air. I just signed up for their service, so I talked to the guy who came out. He didn't fix anything, he just did the twice a year inspection, which went very fast. He told me that everything looks good for now, but my capacitor is on its way out, so it's something to plan for. So far, so good. I'm not cancelling my next visit.
