Had to wait 4 days to get tech to troubleshoot
Had to wait 4 days for tech to troubleshoot due to scheduling. There was a quick turnaround once part was received even though I was initially told it would be almost a week wait. Unit had just had its fall
Service and found to be OK but had to pay another service charge to troubleshoot unit even though we had a service agreement. Tech was very knowledgeable and professional.
