I'm a retired Lockheed Martin Engineering Mgr. Also for 24 yrs. I service my own home water to air heat pump and I install a similar unit without help at a beach house so I know what and how things need to be done. Plus there were Electronic Technicians I worked with to test Polaris and Poseidon Missiles.
