Been using another A/C company for the last 15 years. Was very pleased initially but over the last few years, I seen a decline in the level of service. Read reviews on line and decided to give Barrus an opportunity to earn my business. I wasn't disappointed. Barrus was prompt (arrived at the schedule time), performed a thorough evaluation, provided a detailed explanation of the problem, provided me with multiple solutions , and not once did I think I was being pushed one way or another. (money grab) I was so impressed, I signed up for ongoing maintenance agreement. (very unlike me) At the end of the day completely met my expectations and more.
