A note to our neighbors in North Creek...After some of the damages our neighbors have had due to shoddy workmanship of Fogel Services on our air conditioners, we decided to hire Barrus Heating and Air to come check our AC for problems before we flooded too! Boy are we glad we did! We, too, had parts that were hooked up incorrectly , no flushing had been done and we were very low on Freon. Fogel was just here last week for our annual check- spent 15 minutes ,said all was good and charged us $190. They have agreed to refund us a mere $50 with no apologies for short comings and threatened they would cancel our warranty on AC and furnace (which ,of course, they cannot do). We urge you to give give Barrus a call before it's too late -- James Vojir their service tech was here for over an hour and 1/2, so professional, extremely knowledgeable, and here in 24 hours!
