After our AC unit was found to be leaking water causing water damage to our second story and the ceiling of the first story, they were able to respond within 45 minutes of me calling. The service tech was able to quickly repair some installation errors from the company that had originally installed the unit and explain the problem in terms that I could understand. I was overly impressed with this service and will be using them if any other AC issues arise.
