Barrus Heating And Air recently came out to do some work for me for the first time. Unfortunately, my air conditioning unit went out right in the middle of this historical heatwave we are having in the country. I was dying! I was lucky to find neighbors who truly enjoy using Barrus Heating And Air and so I took a chance and called them in my urgent situation. The staff was very nice and got someone out here right away. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He really took the time to go over everything with me and tried very hard to repair the air conditioning unit. It turned out that the technician could not fix the air conditioner and suggested that it was time to replace the system. It would cost thousands by the time he could find the leak and repair it when it would be wiser to replace it. In any case, the technician said that the model that I have will be discontinued as of the first of January. So here I am stuck dying from the heat and no air conditioner still. I just cannot afford it right now but I plan on ordering a new air conditioning unit through Barrus Heating And Air and have them install it sometime early next year. I appreciated the technician's honesty and trying to guide me in making the right decision and not waste money when I am on a limited budget. I highly recommend Barrus Heating And Air and of course, I will be using them again soon!
