This was not my first time using Barrus Heating And Air. We have been using them for a while now. They came out recently to fix a fuse in the thermostat and fix the capacitator in the air conditioner. The technician was very nice. He arrived on time, in fact, he called to see if he could come ahead of time. He completed the assessment then explained his findings to me and what he would be able to do to fix it. He also took the time to answer my questions. He was respectful of my home and he kept the work area clean. He was professional and courteous. I will continue to use Barrus Heating And Air.
