Being a female it can be very challenging at times to have a service company be respectful of your knowledge and not talk down to you like you are an idiot. James with Barrus showed me the issues and gave me honest feedback. In fact, I find him to be one of the most honest technicians that I have had the pleasure of using. Barrus Heating And Air offers very reasonable pricing. This is why I continue using them. I recently had them come out to replace the condenser motor in my heat pump. Now everything is working perfectly! I believe it was a product issue and they were unable to resolve it for a while. I had another company come out prior to this who I found to be highly unethical.
