Bill was knowledgeable and very personable. He did a thorough evaluation of our old system, gave some recommendations for various new systems, from the base model all the way up to the top of the line. He told us what we really need, and helped work with our budget. On installation day his crew was on time, efficient, work quickly and did an outstanding job. Bill came by and checked on them during the day to ensure that the install was progressing, and made sure that we were updated on that progress.
