We have a lot of mixed feelings regarding The Super Plumber, we decided to use them on impulse about 4 years ago because our hot water tank was leaking and we desperately needed a replacement. Recently we noticed the tank was deteriorating and it is still under warranty so we called them up to get a replacement. At first, they did not even acknowledge the warranty but we contacted the manufacturer to make sure ourselves. They are friendly and do good work but I believe they have some shady business practices. Their prices are also outrageous compared to other companies in the area. We will not be using them again.
