Couldn't be happier.
Previous HVAC firm totally unfamiliar with 2-stage units. At one point I had 9 service calls in 4 weeks and they replaced, under warranty, parts that were apparently OK. I engaged Southern Comfort on the suggestion of one of their long-term clients. Was in the client service business for 35 years and am demanding but SC has exceeded expectations. Calls returned promptly and they have been very accommodating with scheduling service calls. I coudn't be happier and recommend them without reservation.
