Air Assurance answered a call on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend to repair our upstairs AC unit. Before calling Air Assurance, I first had called the HVAC company who had maintained my units for years, a major competitor in town but who will remain unnamed, and this competitor’s call center told me that as long one unit was operating for the house, this was not an emergency. This unnamed competitor refused to send a repairman on the holiday weekend. I explained to the call center that we used the upstairs and that the upstairs was unusable because it was hot. The competitor’s call center said we should use our downstairs until the work week began, when they could get a repairman out. (Keep in mind that the bedrooms are upstairs, and folks and guests would sleep in hot rooms or on a couch or on the floor downstairs until then). I hung up and immediately called Air Assurance, whose call center responded immediately and sent a repairman out as soon he finished his first call that he was already on. The Air Assurance repairman called me within two hours, arrived promptly, was courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. He explained the problem and the costs to repair it, got my approval to repair the upstairs unit, and did so with competence and expediency. I have left the major competitor and made the switch to Air Assurance. Thank you for your superior customer service, Air Assurance!
