Overall, it was fine.
We had to wait overnight during an excessive heat warning for a repairman to arrive (on the weekend). The repairman was terrific, and got the heat pump working again quickly while he worked on the problem. Very expensive though, for flushing out a water line. No complaints with the ac since.
