We bought a long-term maintenance plan from Air Assurance and they've come out several times. My husband called them to check the air conditioner once. We also called them to replace a pipe on our backyard faucet. They are polite and professional plumbers who wear booties on their shoes while in the house. I think Air Assurance is great!
