I always recommend C & J Air Conditioning and Heating Co. Heaven knows how long I've been using them! I originally knew them from church and watched their children grow up. Even though we don't have that close personal relationship anymore, we have a wonderful working relationship. They worked with me for years when I didn't want to upgrade my air conditioner like everyone else was doing. They kept fixing it for me and counting down the years until I absolutely had to replace it. They are particularly good at scheduling. There is always dialogue and counseling about the system and its needs. They share their expertise. My air conditioner has had problems along the way, of course. C & J orders the parts and sometimes even offers to bring in portable air conditioning units until the parts are received. One time I got a call from the nice person in the office asking me about a months overdue bill. I forgot I had switched to email receipt and when she checked the records, we discovered that it was sent to an incorrect address. So I got that updated.
