I am loyal to them because my parents have been long-time customers.
My parents have a long-standing customer relationship with C & J Air Conditioning and Heating Co. so I continue to use them our of respect. But I have received less than excellent service from them recently. The turnover of their technicians has been noticeable. Sometimes, a tech knows what he's doing, but sometimes another tech is less skilled. It's a mixed bag because I feel like I have to oversee their work a bit. I get my air conditioner serviced and maintained regularly to avoid problems, but one time a dangerously old part wasn't replaced and the unit stopped working on a weekend in the middle of the summer. That was a tough situation for me trying to keep my elderly parents comfortable. I ended up calling another company for an after-hours repair. I value the continuity of the service from C & J Air Conditioning and find their staff very accommodating and easy to work with. However, some of the new service techs are not as well trained as I would hope.
