Our business has only been using C & J Air Conditioning and Heating Co. for about a year, but the owner of the company had used them both for his personal residence, and several rental properties, for much longer than that. Their employees are very courteous people, and they show up on time, and act in a very professional manner. They do not overstep their bounds when they come here, and wander around the business, or anything like that. They check in at the office first, and put everything in writing, and they do good work for us. Once, last summer, they were here for the yearly maintenance check on the outside unit. I asked them if they could change some filters for me, and even though that was not in the contract, the tech did it anyway. I appreciated that, and thought that was above and beyond customer service!
