Mike Snodgrass was my fitter, and was knowledgeable about the SAM Lab and what putter would best help me improve my numbers. He also cared greatly about my preferences and didn't push me into any certain brand or putter type. When the club arrives, Mike will have me come in to ensure that the putter specs are perfect, which is really going the extra mile. Overall, very happy with my fitting.
