This was my first time at your Cleveland facility. Mike Snodgrass was my fitter, he reviewed my pre-visit checklist prior to my arrival to make sure our time was managed effectively. There were specific performance criteria items I was looking for in a new driver and Mike was one step ahead of me during the whole process.
