I am a repeat customer of Middleton Heating & Air Inc., and I have one of those annual preventative maintenance contracts with them. The last time they came out, I was having an issue, and they fixed it! Their employees are always right on schedule, and they are very polite and friendly with me. They are very knowledgeable about their job, and I feel like I always get a high quality, professional service from them. And they are honest to a fault! One time they were out here, and whatever it was that was broken, was still under warranty. I didn't even know I had a warranty on that particular thing, and frankly, Middleton Heating & Air Inc. could have totally charged me whatever they wanted to, and I would not have known any better. But they didn't! They actually went above and beyond to make sure I got the benefit of the warranty! I really appreciated that! That was just plain honest of them!
