Middleton Heating & Air Inc came to our house the other day to do their semi-annual inspection. The gentleman who came in was polite, left no mess, and explained everything clearly. He found something wrong with a part that was worn out. He had the part in his truck, so he was able to get it fixed that same day. He also found something with the A/C, but since we're not using it right now, we'll wait until another date. Middleton is great; they did our whole house 11 years ago, and eventually, when our current system stops running, we will use them again.
