With the young man from Middleton Heating & Air who came out this time, I would probably rate the service 3.5 to 4 stars. The company as a whole I would recommend, but this young man--well, maybe he was having a bad day--he wasn't personable and was chewing gum.

He covered up the button on the compressor outside, and that makes it very hard for us when we have to go out to turn it on. I don't know if there was a cord or something covering it up, but it's very hard for us to get to because he didn't put it back correctly, in our opinion--and that would be the only thing. He sort of warmed up after he had done the work, and he answered my questions OK. He's not a bad person--maybe just young and immature--but his customer service wasn't as good as I would expect from Middleton Heating & Air, compared to what we've experienced in the past.
