We called in for a routine service visit and Middleton had someone out the very next business day. The morning of the appointment we received a text message with the service rep’s name, his ratings from other customers, and even a photo of him! What a great idea, Danny Middleton! Gives the customer more sense of security! Adam was very nice, thorough, and explained everything he needed to do. And we went with a service plan, which is very economical. Overall, we are very satisfied with all aspects of our experience with Middleton!
