After 3 appraisals we chose Nevada Painting Co.. We recieved a detailed appraisal covering all the work to be completed. After the job was completed we later (2 days) discovered a few cosmetic flaws and what we thought was a difference in the paint color on the body of the rear of our house. Upon calling the company about our situation we were refered to Edwin (Project Manager) who came out to verify our concerns. He examind the work done, verified our concerns of what we thought was the color difference. Apon giving the reason we had our doubts, he promised to bring the crew back, fix the cosmetic cocerns and settle our other issue. Edwin himself climbed onto the roof, painted 4 small sections with the original paint used verifying the color was the same. The color difference was due to the sun light reflecting off the patio cover. In doing this we were given the greatest example of what he already knew. His main concern was our satifaction.
