I've been taking my trucks to Nerger's Auto Express for about two years now. I think the people that work there are very nice and really friendly. I also think they provide good service.

However, my only problem with them is that it takes a long time to get one truck an oil change. Even if I call a couple of days ahead of time and schedule an appointment for a 15-20 minute oil change, my truck ends up sitting there all day. I wish they'd tell me if they were too busy or didn't have enough hands that day, I'd understand if that were the issue. But I have a lot of trucks I need serviced, and to have only one done at a time can be frustrating. I'd really like to be able to bring in a few trucks to get them serviced all in one day.
