We purchased our HVAC/AC system from HVAC Warehouse six years ago. They also installed the system. We have had several problems with this system. Dennis the technician is excellent! He is compassionate and he understands the problems we are having with this unit. The system went out when the heat was unbearable in our area. There was an issue with getting the correct parts for the make and model of the unit itself. Dennis was finally able to piece together enough parts to get it running. I do not understand why the warranty did not take care of this unit, or that there were no original pars to be found for it. Maybe it was just a manufactured lemon, I'm not sure. This took about two weeks. During that two weeks, Dennis brought us a window AC unit to help with keeping the house cool. Our church also loaned us an additional window unit. We were sick at the time so this was a huge help to us. After the unit was pieced together it does run. If not for Dennis the technician who worked so diligently to get it working we would not continue our relationship with this company. The technician deserves a five-star rating for his work, his commitment and his caring for us. The company itself I think had sold many times and I am unsure if this was an issue when it came to the warranty or getting the correct parts to fix the unit. The unit itself is taped together because the screws don't fit because the housing doesn't fit after the new coil was installed but it works! We will test it out next season to make sure it is still working and if it does not I will have to take other measures to get it repaired. I am thankful that Dennis was able to get the unit running and I am trying to keep an open mind regarding next season. I gave the one-star recommendation and two-star experience due to the fact that after all the trouble we have had with this unit the owner of the business never tried to contact us and rectify this issue, although the office staff were wonderful in dealing with us I just think that at some point we should have been contacted to try to get a resolution to this major issue. I am going to give HVAC Warehouse the benefit of the doubt and continue with their maintenance of this unit and see how it runs next season. If Dennis the technician were to ever leave employment with HVAC Warehouse I would not use them any further.
