I have used the service of HVAC Warehouse on a couple of occasions and, overall, it's been a good experience with them. They provided immediate response when I called them and actually showed up in an hour after my call. I wasn't there at the time so the technician called me on the phone and communicated everything to me clearly. He explained the situation and what he needed to do. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in a couple of hours so he was pretty fast. It turned out I had a leaking coolant line in the downstairs system. He had to isolate the pressure system to locate it before he could get onto the repair. Everything is working fine now. I had thought that the pricing was a little expensive, but it looks like their pricing was in line with other companies. They did a good job.
