My work with HVAC Warehouse & Plumbing has been entirely unsatisfying. They're a terribly unprofessional company, and not reliable at all. They took three months to replace my ductwork, and they did an awful job.
There were gaps, and missing screws, and tape was used to hold things together. I had someone out to inspect it, and was told that it was not up to code, at all. I contacted the company, and sent them this information (including pictures) and asked them to pay for me to hire others to repair their work. They insisted, instead, on sending out more people, to do the repairs themselves. Yet again, the did a terrible job, and my next inspection found several poorly and wrongly done parts of the system-- once again clearly violating city code. The problems are yet to be fixed, and I'm not at all pleased with this company. It's been nearly half a year. I do not recommend them at all.
