I went to Haven Auto Repair recently for the first time with an issue. I told them my problem and left the car with them. Then they called and told me it had been fixed. So I went back to them and found out that there were still some issues that hadn't been addressed. I was a little upset because I had to go back there and wasted my time. I have a toddler and this basically had disrupted my day and the issues hadn't been resolved. So I left without my car. They worked on it the next day. They fixed everything and didn't charge me anything for the additional work. Then they brought my car back and dropped it off at my doorstep. To me, that constitutes absolutely excellent customer service.
