Both of the receptionists, Grace and Alicia, were incredibly welcoming and helpful to help me book my appointment and to arrange for repairs around my twins school schedule. From the mechanics going the extra mile to explain their diagnostics to the owner bringing in fresh cookies daily to make customers feel at home, I was well taken care of beginning to end. I've used a number of shops over the years and have never been so pleased with my experience as I was with Haven Auto Repair.
