I took a gamble trying out Haven Auto Repair - as they were close by home and had excellent reviews on Yelp. Wow, oh wow did I hit the jackpot! This place is terrific. I had my truck waiting for over a week at a prior mechanic who was unable to find the problem resulting in a 'rough idle'. Within a few hours after dropping off the vehicle at Haven Auto Repair, I received a detail text message report to identify the source of the problem. Very impressed with the quick response. Corroded spark plugs and distributor wires was the problem. Repair was done in timely manner and has been running like new. Courtesy limo shuttle took me home after dropping off the vehicle, the staff was EXTREMELY curteous and communicated very well to keep me informed throughout the repair. I will very definitely be returning to this shop for continued repairs on our vehicles.
