Haven Auto Repair is very easy to work with and very communicative. I've used their service several times and always found them to be very accommodating. The only issue that I had was that they did an oil change as one of several services I had performed recently, but when I got the car back the oil was two quarts low. They did $1400 worth of work, so the oil change was just a small part of it. It kind of makes me worry what else may have been incomplete, although I haven't seen any problems come up so far. I did send them a message asking about it but I'm still waiting to hear back. I plan to take my other car into them as well so we'll see how they handle that.
