The workers from Complete Comfort Heating and Air do fine work, but I tend to have a problem with them not getting back to me, or respond to calls placed to them. I usually have to call back until I catch someone who's available. They are the ones who sold me my humidifier and HVAC system, and they're the ones who tell me to call them for my filter needs. But the last two times they've come out, they are usually missing a filter or two. When they came out for spring maintenance, I had called them ahead of time to let them know I needed filters for both units. The tech who came out said he didn't have the right filter, but told me not to worry, and that I could wait until next time. So, before this last service appointment for the fall, I called and said I needed both filters. The tech who came out did have the humidifier filter, but not the HVAC filter. Although he said he'd bring it over the following day, he instead called and said the filters had to be ordered online, and that I could go ahead and order it myself. The people who come out are nice, and again, they do a fine job with maintenance, but there's a lack of communication going on, and they're not very good at following up with me. I will continue using them as long as my service contract holds up, but after that, I'm going to start looking for other another company.
