Good work, but they should have cleaned the sign.

This was our first time to use Signs of San Antonio. We had an outdoor acrylic sign with vinyl letters, and we needed to have it modified to reflect a new address. Signs of San Antonio did a good job on that, but I am still only giving them Four Stars instead of Five Stars. The reason is, when we took the sign to them, it was dirty, and they returned it to us dirty. It would only have taken them a few minutes to clean the sign, and that would have presented their work in a much better way. I really thought they should have done that.

You’re right, the sign did come to us dirty. :) We typically will try to be as cost-effective as possible, so when we charged the $24.45 to just replace the decals, we did so to minimize your costs. To spend any more time on the project – for cleaning – would’ve required a bit more time, and therefore slightly more cost. What we should’ve done – and will work to improve going forward – is to provide customers the option.

To help address your concern, we have refunded you the entire balance.
