Previous Good Experience, But Not This Time

We had used Signs of San Antonio in the past. They created a sign for us. We hired them to perform a re-do. We had a good experience before, but this time we struggled from the beginning. It was a nightmare. We won't be using them again.

We followed up with you and, as expected, at issue here was a permitting snafu wherein the City of San Antonio initially rejected your permit (due to another sign in its proximity), and what resulted was several weeks of back-and-forth in an effort to clear the hurdles and appease the City.

Unfortunately, when it comes to permitting, we are at the mercy of the City. While it’s rare for there to be an issue securing a permit, occasionally there are instances. We completely sympathize with you here and understand your frustration. We have apologized for the inconvenience and offered you $250 in credit to any future sign order.
