I called A&R after reading the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to make an appointment within a week, BEFORE, the heat really set in. A very polite gentlemen was here at the exact day, date, and time as the appointment was scheduled for. He first went on the roof, did his inspections and readings and then did the same inside the house. He was very thorough in his inspections, explaining his readings and what he had done to me every step of the way. I could not have been more pleased. I will continue to use A&R from now on. I will recommend them to anyone that I know that could have problems this summer when the heat gets ridiculously hot. Thank you, Chad for your very professional manner.
