Used Y & C for many yrs for annual furnace start-ups. At their recommendation replaced 50+ unit. Omar came to give price on new unit & advised if I had any questions to call him. As I hadn’t made decision at that point within 10 minuses of his departure received call from John in the main office with his sales pitch! Made decision on unit based on their so-called knowledge. Unit installed & paid over $6,000. Heat constantly turns on every 15 minutes & makes loud banging noise every time it shuts down. Suppose to be energy efficient using less gas/electricity. New unit using much more utilities!! Omar, never returned calls. Called service & installation managers, they never returned my calls. They have sent at least 4 different technicians of various levels. Each has given me different information & totally different excuses for this situation. Totally disgusted!!! Will be getting quotes for central air — definitely not from them!!! There are many positive reviews on this page, but also many negative. Do your homework before hiring. This company is not what Yost & Campbell was in the past!
