installed a tankless heating system in my house, pipes are leaking and when i call in to complaint that i have a water leak, they are telling me i need to pay for a service call, because when it was installed, it wasn't leaking,

they are by far the worst customer service i have experienced the receptionist was only reading off her protocols although when i asked for a manager she transferred me but the manager/supervisor was so arrogant and rude, i explained to him that the union couple was loose and i can visually see that Teflon sealant was only applied to one side of the joint, but yet again he asked for me to pay a service fee.
