The serviceman was called here to paint a rusty pipe. I asked him to ring my bell before he painted so we could discuss the job. He said he would. Instead, he painted the pipe before I could speak to him and called when it was done. The pipe was very rusty; I wanted to talk to him about sanding it before painting. I was not pleased that he went back on his word. It remains to be seen whether he should have sanded first. But without doubt he behaved badly. have had very good experiences with the service people at Yost and Campbell, but this was not a good experience.
