2nd opinion from anther company.
Furnace is now working. Service person from the 2nd company repair the broken motor connector. Does not recommend replacing motor or replacing my water heater.
The service person was more interested in doing a sales job by recommending selling a new water heater which was totally irrelevant to repairing the furnace. We have used your services in the past and this is the worst contact we have had.
