hi john we have done business before and have been happy with ur service unfortunately the tech that was sent to check out my boiler was more intrested in making a sale , repairing the problem that i wanted was the last thing on his mind sure i wanted him to tune up my boiler and reattached the fan but all he did was spray the area were the gas connections were and stated that i need a new boiler and he wouldn't touch because of safety concerns when a asked him about a services contract he state that i was ineligible i was very disappointed just wanted you to know i had another company come by and assess my boiler and even though ur tech as for as i can see isn't customer friendly as all he sees is his bottom line
