The young man who performed the service was excellent.

However the office staff was confused. The service appointment, made weeks earlier was for Friday between 12 and 5. I called at 11:45 and received a confirmation.
At 4:15 I called and said that no one had contacted us. I was then told that the records showed that the appointment was for Monday--which was impossible because I originally said I was only available on Tuesday and Fridays.
When I was asked to reschedule for Tuesday, I refused and the employee said she would try to arrange the service for that afternoon
The service man arrived at 5:15 and said his schedule always had us down for that afternoon.
