I’ve been a customer for over 30 years & have had exceptional service. Maybe Jeffrey is New & is still learning but not sure what service he performed. I never heard the vacuum nor did he ask me where the outlet was. Maybe with my new furnace installed by you it’s not required? He had me turn on the heat straight away, usually done 1/2 way thru cleaning. When I went to go down & see if he needed anything, he was already packed up & ready to leave. I asked if he needed a bucket to drain the water from the water heater $ he said, oh yes. Then asked if he had to change the filter & he opened the front panel to look & told him it was in the back. Asked if he needed to check the thermostat as this wasn’t done either. He really was a nice guy but what service sis he perform & what did I pay for? I MISS DAVE I knew he did a thorough job!
