After one winter of a heating system which suddenly started to misbehave, this winter it completely gave out and the Yost & Campbell team were able ascertain that the issue was the circuit board. One was ordered, but that failed and another had to be ordered at which point I was on edge as temps began to really dip, but right where it counted most, Sam, I believe that was his name , showed up and like a pro in minimal time installed that board without even a peek at a manual, and had my system up and running in less than half an hour. My only gripe about the whole experience is the time it takes to receive parts - a week is too long, but that may be more an issue on the manufacturers side.I shudder to think what may have happened had the temps been colder. Would recommend them to a friend or family. Now if only we could figure out a permanent fix for my leaky ductwork, They’d be miracle workers.
