Largely Disappointed
Had a club fitting 6 weeks ago. Was trying my best to be open and trusting of the experience and the fitters professional opinion/knowledge. I must say I didn’t have the best feeling but I told myself not to be overly skeptical. Fitter went through a few irons and driver. Ended up fitting me for the whole bag. I got a text saying clubs were ready 3 days ago. I responded asking if I can use the simulator there so I could see how they perform. No reply at all. Not an uncommon occurrence unfortunately throughout the process in general. Went to pick them up and club fitter Alex was not there. Another guy working just handed them to me in a big pile and said they didn’t have any boxes. Went to hit them yesterday and today and I have actually lost about 2 clubs off my irons and not hitting them at all near as accurate as I was my current irons. Wedges also feel horrible. Come to discover he uses X-stiff shafts in my irons. Driver I also have lost about 10 yards and gained zero control. Spent over $3500 and zero follow up or response to the text I sent about trying to hit them there before leaving with them. Complete waste of time and money and I’m shocked at the horrible lack of any kind of customer care to see if they are performing well after spending so much money there.
