I have been going to them for five years now, and I have taken a lot of projects to them over the years. I keep going back year after year because of the price, family atmosphere, and all-around customer service. The whole business is family-run, and I feel like I am a part of the family. I visit them on the holidays just to say Hi, they're that great. The guy, Jack, just got married and I went over there to congratulate him once I heard. Even when they are about to close, they will still go out of their way for me.

Jack and Stacey Blodgett, who run the company, always go above and beyond for me every time I take my car in there. I always get absolutely great service, and Jose is great as well. Josh the parts guy gets me the best quality parts quickly, for the best prices. He will go dig in the back for 15 minutes to find me some rare item, and he will never give me the crappy one thrown in the back- he always gives me the pristine ones every time. For a while, I couldn't get my car to start; it just would not run and nothing could get it started. I wracked my brain for months, but all it needed was a $35 repair and I felt so silly. When I went in they told me exactly what was wrong with the car. They were so great with me and they fixed it right up. They can always get it running.

I have a '72 VW Bug, and I put my car's well-being in their hands. It has never broken down on the side of the road. They do preventative maintenance and keep you up-to-date about everything. When you take the car in, they'll tell you that later on down the road you might need something else done, but right now you need this thing done and the other thing is lower priority and they'll take care of it next time. They also tell me the cost to do it myself versus have them do it, and usually it's not that much more to just have them do it. They have very reasonable pricing. They usually beat or come close to their competition, and I completely trust them with my car.
