From the moment you call you are greeted with a friendly voice (Carmen) that let me know I would have a technician out the same day to see how he could fix my broken air conditioner. Steven came earlier than the scheduled time which was wonderful. He found the problem and fixed it the same day. My husband and I decided to have a whole new unit installed. Ricky and his team did an amazing job and we love how cold our house can get. We are very happy.
