Prompt, respectful and honest service!
Jose came out on a Saturday night and was able to do a quick fix so we had some cool air during 100 degree weather. He then came back on Monday and replaced and repaired the unit. He was very nice and helpful.
The only thing the company needs to work on is communicating between receptionist, dispatcher and workmen. There was a little confusion, but it all worked out.
